How fast do you ship?
Configured hardware ships within two business days of order confirmation. Standard air freight reaches most destinations in 6 to 9 business days, express in 3 to 4.
Can you size a cluster for our workload?
Yes. Send us your model, batch size and latency target and an AI architect will return a configuration, benchmark estimate and quote — free of charge.
What warranty do you offer?
Two years of hardware coverage on every server, workstation and device, with next-business-day parts. Extended coverage up to five years is available on request.
Do you support on-premises agent deployment?
Yes. Our FDE team deploys agents inside your own network or on KEIDIAN hardware, with the same engineers who build the runtime.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, digital wallet, bank transfer and Net 30 invoices for registered business customers. Prices are shown in USD and settle in your selected currency.
